RL Wheeler is a cultural worker currently living and thinking on unceded Lenape land (so-called NYC). Their writing appears in Waxwing, The Journal, Southern Humanities Review, wildness, Foglifter Journal, Gigantic Sequins, and The Shade Journal, among others. A Pushcart Prize and Best of the Net nominee, their creative work has been supported by the Bucknell Seminar for Undergraduate Poets and the Howard Nemerov Writing Scholarship. RL also serves as an editorial assistant and poetry reader for Split Lip Magazine.
